Custom quote for the tailored tours
and the groups of over 7 people, in Occitanie and Provence.
Prices of the 7 thematic tours
200 euros/pers. if 2 persons
100 euros/pers. if 3 to 4 persons
80 euros/pers. if 5 to 7 persons

Practical information
Duration of tours : from 9 am to 6 pm.
Tours for small groups from 2 persons minimum to
8 persons maximum by air conditioned van with a driver/guide.
For more than 7 persons custom quote to establish.
Pick up to confirm according to the place of your accommodation.
Flexible, reportable or cancelable program according to the weather and the availability of the speakers/producers.
Regarding the lunch please choose between a restaurant (selected by Belle Tourisme) or a picnic prepared by you.
 
For all tours, the price includes the transport, the guiding, the entrances and tastings.
The price does not include lunch and personal expenses.

Booking and cancellation conditions​
For any reservation made more than one month before the date of the tour, 30% deposit will be requested. For any reservation less than one month of the tour, the total amount will be requested.
In case of cancellation of your reservation, a cancellation fee may be applicable under the conditions provided below:
From 15 days to 72 hours before the tour: 30% of the total price will be retained.
From 72 to 24 hours before the tour: 50% of the total price will be retained.
The day of the tour: no refund.
 In no event shall we be held responsible for delays in transport times related to circumstances beyond our control. We accept no responsibility for theft or loss of personal belongings.
